Case #1157

Professional Baseball Pitcher

Rheal Cormier, at the time we met, was a professional baseball player for the Montreal Expos. He didn't think he had any performance problems for his sport. I told him I wanted to see how my system would work for professional baseball pitchers. So we set a training date for me to show him how "Mr. Fix-It" would enhance his game.

During the training session, Rheal would comment from time to time on the following: He told me he'd never seen any of this type of training and he's had the top coaches in professional baseball. I told him you will never see it because these coaches don't know anything about this new sport training system called Mr. Fix-It For Sports.

Results: At the end of a two hour session I then asked Rheal to try a little experiment. See, in the off season Rheal trains with a rubber ball and practices throwing this ball against the gym wall to keep his throwing arm in good condition. I asked him to through his fast ball using this rubber ball against the gym wall. When the ball hit the wall it made somewhat of a loud noise and then I asked him to do the same thing while using all the techniques he'd practiced with "Mr. Fix-It". When the ball hit the wall this time, it made a noise that was almost twice as loud. So I asked him the following: Did the second pitch (using Mr. Fix-It) was it louder when it hit the wall? He answered a resounding YES...a substantial increase! We don't know if the pitch was 1 mile or 10 miles per hour more... because we didn't have a speed gun to measure the increase.

At the end of the season I contacted him to find out how things were going and he told me that usually he runs 2 1/2 miles (at least 3 times per week) and while using "Mr. Fix-It" he can run 5 miles using the same amount of energy!

Note: I had suggested to him to change some of his body mechanics in throwing during the initial training session but he didn't take my suggestions. I had told him if he didn't change this certain key points that the chances of injuring his shoulder and arm would increase. The next year he injured his arm and I really think it was because he didn't take my advice on body mechanics that created this problem for him. Golfer

I met Ray during a business conference I attending. During our conversations I heard him say how much he loved to golf and would try to golf as much as he could during his many travels throughout North America.

Now you might thinking to yourself what does hostage negotiation have to do with sports. Well it has to do with how the mind works...as part of Mr. Fix-It training, I teach athletes how to re-program their mind for sports. Long Distance Cyclist / Firefighter's Challenge

Paul was referred to me by another athlete which had been exposed to my system. He was probably the most skeptic person that I had ever met. I can't believe that such a system exist:

I've been working on this sports training system for the past 16 years and it does work because we've tried it not only in the martial arts with drastic results, but in all major sports with the same outcome every time. The only difference is the natural ability of each athlete will be a bit different because of the individual person.

 

Does it take long to learn?

The nice thing about this system is that it works as soon as you use it. Hockey / Baseball

JF Aufrey is a hockey player from Canada that wanted to go to prep school then college in the US. His father contacted me to give his son JF all of the advantages for hockey. I gave a two hour session on Mr. Fix-It and then I customized it to hockey.

My Story!

I was an elite karate competitor for team Canada. While winning provincial, regional, national and international karate championships, I still couldn’t achieve and maintain peak performance in my sport.

So I started my search to find out how this was done by going to see all the experts and gurus... to ask them what was the problem and how I could fix them for karate.

To make a long story short, the more I asked them about how to solve my performance problems, the more they told me to “train harder” and “get into better physical shape”!

Training harder and getting in better physical shape wasn’t the problem because I lived for karate 24 hours a day and I had it in my mind continually and training 7 days a week.

At this point I thought to myself these guys are full of BS because they just don’t have a clue on how to help me. So I started my quest, which took over 16 years of research, experimentation and thousands of trial and error to finally come out with Mr. Fix-It For Sports.

When I finally came out with my system I only wanted to teach my own karate students and nobody else...

Hear are the results:

My school which was only in operation for a few months, with a bunch of rookies, started winning all the tournaments. The first year we won over 80% of all tournaments and the second year we won 100% of the tournaments and competitions which I had predicted to them two years earlier!

Once my students started using my system the competition wasn’t the other schools but students within my own school!

Physical Education Instructor / Coach

Jay invited me to give a Mr. Fix-It session to his junior high school. Basically he wanted to improve his basketball players to a higher level hoping that my system could achieve that for his athletes.

Why “Timing” Is Everything In Sports

What is timing? Webster’s definition: “To set the tempo or duration

Athlete process information in the following 2 ways: 1. To see...or 2. Think of an action they want to do…then they give the command from the mind to the body to execute this action into a physical form to a desired end. (When you timing is “on” this process will work to the maximum level. When this process is off by even a fraction of a percentage, it will give you disastrous results at times in any sport.)

Have you ever missed an easy shot or movement?

Maybe it’s something you’ve done millions of times and you just missed the mark in its execution. Well this is your timing being off. Why does timing break down? I don’t know…but what I do know is it took me over 16 years of research, trail and error and trying thousands of different approaches and techniques to finally come up with a system that can teach any athlete how to master their timing in any sport.
